How do you book?
Check my "Available Rooms" to see your options, once you find the right one for you click "Book it!" this will then direct you to my **www.Airbnb.ca site which will provide the appropriate room availability and pricing information in real time. If you have any questions at all please reach out, I am always happy to help!
**To view my rooms on Airbnb you will first need to create an a account or sign in.
**If you do not want to create an account on Airbnb.ca let me know and we can arrange other methods of payment.
House Rules? - Subject to change without notice
1. Close and lock bedroom door when not home.
2. Clean and put dishes away after use.
3. Spray shower with provided cleaner after each use.
4. Lock main entry doors at all times.
5. Keys are not to be copied. Landlord and tenant are to be the only key holders.
6. Footwear to be removed in entryway.
7. No daytime guests unless accompanied by Resident
How much does it cost?
Please visit the room page of which you would like to rent and click "Book it!" this will bring you to the associated Airbnb.ca page with the most up to date pricing. If you do not wish to use Airbnb.ca to book your stay please contact me for a price. Discounts are available if you wish to stay for an extended period of time.
Minimum/Maximum Stay?
Minimum Stay is 3 nights. There is no maximum stay, you can stay as long as you like and if you choose to stay longer than 30 days, your rent will be due on a month to month basis.
Can you have overnight guests?
Overnight guests are not permitted. Rooms are single occupancy only. You may have guests over during the day and they must be accompanied by yourself at all times.
Can you bring your pet?
